About Craig Martin
Craig Martin is an award-winning estate and private chef with over 25 years of experience in luxury hospitality across New Zealand, Europe, and Asia. Raised in Rotorua, he has a deep understanding of provenance and seasonality, which he honed while working at New Zealand’s premier luxury lodges. His illustrious career includes roles at Treetops Lodge, Peppers on the Point, and a four-year stint as Private Chef at Flock Hill Station, crafting bespoke dining experiences for ultra-high-net-worth international guests. In 2025, he expanded his expertise with a private engagement in Munich, Germany, and he is also a biennial culinary judge in Penang, Malaysia, showcasing his commitment to culinary excellence.
